Spotless Group satisfied with national coverage

A leading national employer says timeliness, coverage and quality are the key differences between the National Workforce Network and other employment service providers.

The NWN has been working with Spotless Group Limited for more than six months, providing a central point of contact for Spotless to find reliable and effective employees.

Spotless Group National Workforce Planning Officer Jennie Huxley said the NWN brought together a group of experienced employment service providers.

“I think the three key points of difference are the speed they refer across candidates, the regions they cover and the quality of the referrals,” Jennie said.

“The team has been proactive in going out to the jobactive providers with our roles, properly screening candidates so they match the criteria of our positions and referring back across in a timely fashion.”

MatchWorks is the lead organisation for the NWN and works alongside NWN partners Workskil Australia, Maxima, Global Skills, Communicare, Direct Recruitment and Q.I.T.E.

Jennie said the NWN provided a centralised service to satisfy her organisation’s recruitment needs.

“We have been working with the NWN over the last seven months,” she said.

“They work as our central point of contact for MatchWorks and other jobactive providers to source, screen and refer job seekers across our organisation.

“I already have referred the NWN across to other employers.”
