The National Workforce Network has provided a one-stop shop for employer Programmed, helping fill the organisation’s job vacancies using employment agencies across Australia.
Programmed (www.programmed.com.au) employs more than 15,000 skilled staff and tradespeople nationally and has been using the NWN’s employment services for more than six months.
The NWN is a collaboration of employment services providers that delivers a seamless and professional recruitment service for Australian businesses across multiple markets.
Programmed National Manager of Employment Services Christine Bernardo said the NWN had helped her team with its recruitment needs.
“We were looking for a solution like the NWN that would provide us with one point of contact for a number of providers to help with our job vacancies by providing access to a wide range of candidates,” Christine said.
“As a large employer this was very attractive from our perspective, and it’s enabled us to streamline our processes and reduce time spent dealing with a number of different sites and contacts.
“The NWN has been able to provide us with assistance across Australia for our recruitment needs for a number of different positions,” she said.
“We are always returned a shortlist of referrals for consideration in a mutually agreed time frame.”
Christine said the NWN provided an easy-to-use, professional service.
“We have now been using the services of the NWN since July 2015. They are willing to work with the employer to understand their needs and processes and are open to feedback,” she said.
“We would absolutely recommend NWN services to other organisations.”
