NWN employers have access to a central point of contact through a National Account Manager who coordinates their recruitment needs across multiple states and markets.
By using the NWN, employers gain access to a greater pool of candidates provided through our network of providers leading to a shortlist of quality candidates who are pre-screened and interviewed ready for employment.

The NWN will tailor a recruitment process that meets the needs of the individual employer.
The recruitment process includes:

  • Detailing employment conditions
  • Establishing selection criteria
  • Pre-screening and interviewing potential employees
