Q.I.T.E. is one of the largest providers of employment services in the Far North Queensland region. Q.I.T.E. employs over 75 people and has offices in Mareeba, Atherton, Cairns, Innisfail, Yarrabah, Ravenshoe, Tully and Mossman. Under auspice arrangements with RTO’s, Q.I.T.E. is able to offer accredited and non-accredited training.
As a non-for-profit organisation, Q.I.T.E. is able to be innovative and proactive in terms of developing and delivering different servicing models and social community enterprises providing benefits to our communities.
Q.I.T.E. makes a direct and economic difference to our communities by investing in Business Enterprises to meet the needs identified within the community, and opportunities identified for disadvantaged target groups. These opportunities include gaining valuable work experience, skills training, and employment.

MEET JILLIAN TROUT…
Jillian has led Q.I.T.E. in the General Manager role since February 2015 and is responsible for the strategic and operational performance of Q.I.T.E. ensuring resources are utilised effectively to achieve the goals & objectives set by the Board, client requirements and in accordance with the Strategic plan.
Prior to the GM appointment, Jillian successfully carried out the Q.I.T.E. Executive Officer role for over 5 years and has been with Q.I.T.E. for over 13 years.
