Quality and timely service impresses Cash Converters

A successful recruitment event has highlighted the benefits of the National Workforce Network for employer Cash Converters.

Cash Converters employed the NWN’s services after a referral from NWN partner MatchWorks and has been using the professional recruitment service for the past eight months.

Cash Converters Human Resources Business Partner Cathy Sims said her organisation had been impressed with the quality of candidates provided by the NWN.

“Prior to Christmas we ran a selection event for entry-level employees using the NWN’s services,” she said.

“It was by far the most successful event we have run to date with almost 100 per cent of candidates showing up on the day, on time and fully briefed.

“A number of these candidates were successful in gaining a role with us.”
Cathy said she had also been impressed with the prompt and attentive service of NWN National Account Manager Nicholas Newby.

“Nick is always quick to respond to requests, with candidates normally referred within the week,” she said.

“He has an amazing ability to understand the complexities of our business and find quality candidates who understand the variables and strong culture within the business.

“He has taken the time to get to know us and what we are looking for and is committed to success.”

The NWN is a collaboration of employment services providers that delivers a seamless and professional recruitment service for Australian businesses across multiple markets.

MatchWorks is the lead organisation for the NWN and works alongside NWN partners Workskil Australia, Maxima, Global Skills, Communicare and Q.I.T.E.

Cathy said she would recommend the NWN’s services to other employers.

“Nick’s professional and engaging personality and his approach to our success make him and the NWN a great match for us and other businesses who are looking for quality candidates.”
