National Workforce Network (NWN) partners have an established network of service providers who can assist job seekers and employers with a range of employment needs. The NWN coordinates employment provider services in response to individual business recruitment needs.
These services include:
- Vacancy management
- Workforce diversity initiatives
- Bulk pre-screening services
- Skill supply chain through tailored, demand-led job seeker pre-employment programs.
The NWN can work with employers to assist with sourcing and delivering on funded options to:
- Increase diversity requirements
- Mentor staff on site
- Build capacity to recruit special needs clients
- Create cultural awareness programs for existing staff and supports.
We focus on in-demand skills and we help job seekers prepare for relevant employer needs. The NWN works with industry bodies and employers to understand the skill set required for different roles, and then sources appropriate Registered Training Organisations to deliver education and training programs to fufill qualifications required.
